RO <br /> CL-AMATION <br /> WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP BOARD OF TRUSTEES <br /> VICTORIA BONDI <br /> Centerville-Washington History Director <br /> w", Victoria Bondi has served Centerville-Washington History for 24 <br /> years,including 14 years as director,and has led the organization through a period of <br /> growth and renovation;and <br /> WHEREAS,Vickie's accomplishments include maintaining the Walton House as a quality <br /> 19th century museum,aquisition of the Aaron Nutt house and its conversion into the <br /> Aaron Nutt Research Center,and securement of the Normandy Gatehouse as an archives <br /> center;and <br /> WHEREAS,during her tenure,the Asahel Wright property was renovated into an active <br /> museum featuring static and rotating exhibits and the popular Schoolhouse Museum was <br /> established to provide an interactive exhibit area and classroom for Centerville youth;and <br /> WHEREAS,Vickie has organized multiple programs and events throughout her career, <br /> such as the Veterans Day exhibit,Victorian Tea,an annual speaker series,and A Sense of <br /> Taste which serves as the organizations annual fundraising event;and <br /> WHEREAS,through these and other activities,she has built Centerville-Washington <br /> History into a strong organization that educates residents about their local history. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT PROCLAIMED by the Washington.Township Board of <br /> Trustees,Montgomery County,Ohio,that Victoria Bondi be recognized and thanked for <br /> her many contributions to the Centerville/Washington Township community and that she <br /> be wished well on the occasion of her retirement. <br /> Proclaimed this second day of December,two thousand and nineteen. <br /> Attest to: { - e_ 16.4 <br /> — 01 .4 ir, <br /> Gary P.Smiga Dale M.Berry,President <br /> Fiscal Officer <br /> Sharon Lowry President <br /> Scott Paulson,Trustee <br /> - L <br />
