The Washington Township Board of Trustees met in Regular Session on June 2, 2014, at 7:30 p.m. at the Washington Township Government Center, 8200 McEwen Road. President Paulson opened the meeting and led the Pledge of Allegiance. FISCAL OFFICER'S BUSINESS None. CITIZEN CONCERNS None. CONSENT AGENDA All matters under the Consent Agenda are considered by the Board of Trustees to be routine and will be enacted by one motion. Any Trustee may remove an item from the Consent Agenda by request. No second is required for removal of an item. Items removed for separate discussion will be considered after the motion to approve the Consent Agenda. A. Meeting Minutes • May 19, 2014 — Pre - Meeting Workshop and Regular Meeting B. Finance — A motion approving the following: • Check Register dated June 2, 2014, in the amount of $517,349.64, said amount having been certified and appropriated. • Special Check Register dated May 27, 2014, in the amount of $10,063.06, said amount having been certified and appropriated. • Special Check Register dated May 29, 2014, in the amount of $978.09, said amount having been certified and appropriated. C. Fire — A motion to approve increasing the encumbrance for PRADCO Management Psychologists by $2,500 for pre - employment testing. Fire - A motion to approve increasing the encumbrance for R.L. Emmons and Associates by $4,000 for employment testing. D. Public Works — A motion to approve additional drainage work for the Paragon Road South Extension Project for the total approximate cost of $4,000. Public Works — A motion to approve Pavement Technology Inc. for crack sealing various township streets under ODOT purchasing contract # 101 -1_15 for the total approximate cost of $30,000. E. Recreation - A motion to approve contracting with Booher Blacktop for the Countryside Park paving project for the total approximate cost of $93,582. 6/02/14 Pagel
