The Washington Township Board of Trustees met in Regular Session on March 3, 2003, at 7:30 p.m. at the Washington Township Government Center, 8200 McEwen Road. President Young led the Pledge of Allegiance. MINUTES OF PRECEEDING MEETINGS It was moved by Mr. Blair, seconded by Mr. Snyder, that the Board approves the minutes of the Regular meeting held February 24, 2003. Vote on Motion: Blair, aye; Snyder, aye; Young, aye. M2003 -109 CLERK'S BUSINESS Check Register Approval The O.R.C. requires purchase orders that are created after the invoice date for goods and services to be certified by the clerk that a sufficient sum was appropriated and free of any encumbrances (Then and Now Purchase Orders). If the amount is greater than $1,000.00, the Board must authorize payment. It was moved by Mr. Blair, seconded by Mr. Snyder, that the Board approves the following Then and Now purchases for payment: Vendor PO# Amount Approved Monthly Vendor Boundtree Medical 33457 $1,064.53 Yes UBL Agency 33419 $38,574.00 No UBL Agency 33420 $35,230.00 No Vote on Motion: Blair, aye; Snyder, aye; Young, aye. M2003 -110 It was moved by Mr. Blair, seconded by Mr. Snyder, that the Board approves the Regular Check Register dated March 3, 2003, in the amount of $188,421.87; said amount having been certified and appropriated. M2003 -111 It was moved by Mr. Blair, seconded by Mr. Snyder, that the Board approves the Recreation Refund Check Register dated March 3, 2003 in the amount of $259.00; said amount having been certified and appropriated.
