VI. Tom Gunlock <br />The City of Centerville forwarded a letter of concern from a former <br />Washington Township Fire volunteer and Centerville resident, Tom <br />Gunlock. This matter was looked into and Gary Huff will send a response <br />to Greg Horn from the City of Centerville. <br />VII. Disaster Drill <br />A mock disaster drill will take place on Thursday, May 1, 2003, to see how <br />well Washington Township and the City of Centerville understands and <br />implements the Emergency Operating Plan. This is an educational tool to <br />see where the Township and the City need improvement. <br />VIII. Brighton Gardens <br />There will be a meeting on May 8, 2003 at 3:30 p.m. at Brighton Gardens. <br />Lee Snyder and Gary Huff plan to attend. <br />IX. Fire Station #44 <br />Gary Huff plans to make a counter offer on property for Fire Station #44. <br />X. Youth In Government Day <br />Youth in Government Day is scheduled for Wednesday, April 29, 2003, <br />starting at 8:00 a.m. at the Township. <br />XI. Mad River & Alex Bell <br />There will be a BZA hearing case later this evening. <br />XI 1. Other <br />Debbie Feldman and Gary Huff will be getting together to discuss the <br />future site of a new County Court building. <br />ADJOURNMENT 8:40 P.M. <br />All formal actions of the Board of Trustees of Washington Township concerning and relating <br />to the adoption of resolutions and /or motions passed at this meeting were adopted in an <br />open meeting, and of any of its committees resulting in such formal action, were in meetings <br />open to the public, in compliance with the law, including Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised <br />Code. <br />President <br />Clerk <br />
